This course is for survivors of rape or sexual abuse who want to understand and process their own personal reactions to their experience.
When you have experienced rape or sexual abuse it can affect how you think, how you feel, how you behave and how you see the world.
But it can get better and there are things that can help.
Throughout this course, we want to remind you that you deserve to take care of yourself and to live a fulfilling life.
As you work through the different parts of the course, it’s possible that certain memories or feelings could come up for you and that might feel difficult or overwhelming. If you need to stop and take some time to look after yourself, that is ok. You can come back to the course at another time when it feels right for you.
